We welcome your gifts to support Catholic campus ministry. All gifts go towards the Sheil Catholic Center mission.

Online Giving

You can make a one-time or recurring gift online here.

Giving By Mail/Check

You can make a check payable to Sheil Catholic Center and mail it to Sheil Catholic Center, 2110 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL 60201.

Stock Gifts

You can make a gift of securities or stock through an electronic transfer or a physical transfer of stock certificates. Please follow the instructions below for either type of gift:
  1. Please complete the electronic Letter of Intention form, which is available online here.
  2. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to complete your gift of stock. Please follow those instructions.

Matched Giving

Some companies match gifts that their employees make to charitable organizations. If your employer offers this benefit, please reach out to Delaney Paul, Director of Mission Impact and Donor Relations, via email here or 847.328.4648, ext. 33.

Planned Giving/Legacy Giving

If you would like to make a legacy gift to Sheil as part of your will, trust, or other financial vehicle, your gift will have a lasting impact on future generations of Catholic students. A sample line may be: "I give to the Sheil Catholic Center at Northwestern University $_______ in support of its full mission. Restricted to the needs of the Sheil Catholic Center." Sheil's legal name is The Sheil Center and Sheil's federal tax ID number is 36-4412499. Gift Credit Through Northwestern University

Alumni and parents wishing to donate to Sheil Catholic Center may choose to route their gift through Northwestern University’s Development Office. This may make the donation eligible for corporate matching and may give the donor membership in one of Northwestern’s giving clubs. For those interested in donating to Sheil via the university, your check, money order, or transfer of stock can be sent to Northwestern’s Development Office at The Sheil Catholic Center account, Northwestern University Gift and Record Services, 1201 Davis Street, Evanston, IL, 60208-4410. Please be aware that notification of your gift to Sheil depends on Northwestern's development office.  If you elect to make your donation to Sheil through the university, please alert our development office of your gift so we can maintain contact with Northwestern University to assure your gift finds its way to Sheil.
