Adoration & Night Prayer

Step away from the busyness of the week and rest in the quiet presence of Jesus. Every Monday from 8:00–9:00 p.m. in Sheil's Evanston chapel, join us for Adoration in Silence, a sacred hour to pray, reflect, and simply be with the Lord. We conclude the evening together with Night Prayer at 8:50 p.m., offering a peaceful way to end your day. There is no Adoration during the summer. Fall term dates: Mondays, September 27-December 7.

Harbor: Midweek Worship and Fellowship

Looking for a midweek reset? Harbor is an opportunity to encounter Christ, be renewed in prayer, and connect with our campus Catholic community. Every Wednesday from 8:00–9:00 p.m. in Sheil's Evanston chapel, join us for Adoration with Praise & Worship and the Sacrament of Reconciliation available throughout the evening.

Harbor also includes Intercessory Prayer. This type of prayer is a powerful way in which we can pray like Jesus did – on the behalf of others.  We all come with our own intentions before the Lord and Intercessory Prayer is another way in which those intentions may be amplified.  Throughout Harbor there will be people at the back of the Chapel available to join in this prayer with and for you.  Whether you are asking for prayers for a friend, for yourself, for an upcoming exam, are at the top of your game or are struggling and think you are alone, we're here to pray with and for you.

Afterward, stay for food, friendship, and conversation. Fall term dates: Wednesdays, September 23-December 9 (except the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, November 25).
