Sunday Mass
Evanston Campus: During the academic year, Mass is celebrated on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. (livestreamed here), 11:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m. in Sheil's Evanston chapel. During the summer (June 22-September 7), there will not be 5:00 p.m. Mass on Sundays. The 5:00 p.m. Mass time will resume on September 14th.
Chicago Campus: All Chicago campus students are invited to join the Sunday Mass in Sheil's Evanston chapel or join us via livestream at 9:30 a.m. (livestreamed here).
Weekday Liturgy
Evanston Campus: During the academic year, Mass is celebrated Monday through Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Liturgy of the Word with Communion is celebrated on Fridays at 5:00 p.m. All liturgy takes place in Sheil's Evanston chapel. During the summer, starting June 19th, there will not be Mass during the weekdays. It will resume on Tuesdays and Thursdays on August 26th. Chicago Campus: During the academic year, Mass is celebrated on Wednesdays at 12:10 p.m. at the Religious Life Center in Abbott Hall, Mezzanine Level, located at 710 N. DuSable Lake Shore Dr., Chicago. During the summer, there will not be Mass on the Chicago campus. Mass will resume on August 27th.

Prepare for Your Visit
To help you prepare for your visit to the Sheil Catholic Center in Evanston or Chicago:
Transportation & Parking to the Sheil Catholic Center in Evanston
If you are arriving by public transportation, the Noyes Purple Line Station is within walking distance of Sheil Catholic Center. If you are arriving by car on the weekend, all Northwestern University parking is open, unless otherwise noted. There is a lot directly across from Sheil on the east side of Sheridan Road. Street parking is also available. If you are arriving by car on a weekday, please use street parking.
Transportation & Parking to the Sheil Catholic Center in Chicago
If you are arriving by public transportation, you may take the Red Line "El" train to the "Chicago" station or take the 146, 147, or 151 bus to the corner of Michigan and Huron. It is an approximately 10-15 minute walk once you disembark from either the train or bus. If you are arriving by car, we highly recommend that you locate a nearby parking garage in advance as downtown parking is very difficult to find.
