Sheil is proud to present NU Kairos 6. While the retreat is Catholic, you don’t have to be Catholic or even religious to get something powerful out of it. If you have participated in a Kairos retreat in the past, It’s a much more relaxed experience at NU.

For one week, students commit to a half-hour of prayer and a half-hour meeting with a Spiritual Companion each day, and can also attend evening reflections.
