Small Groups
All are invited to join a Sheil small group to explore a particular area of the Catholic faith and meet other members of the community. Ranging from bible studies to histories, each quarter there are new topics.

Jewish-Catholic Dinner and Dialogue (open to all students)
Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., starting April 13th, alternating location between Sheil and Hillel's campuses, Evanston, plus a shared sabbath on May 1st and May 3rd
Join us for a new small group in conjunction with Northwestern Hillel. This Dinner and Dialogue series will offer 10 Jewish and 10 Catholic students five weeks to learn together. We will explore and share our beliefs, practices, and worldviews. Each week we'll share a meal and engage a different question, alternating between meeting at Hillel and at the Sheil Catholic Center. The group will also have a shared sabbath - spending Friday night, May 1st, at Hillel Shabbat services and dinner and Mass on Sunday, May 3rd, at Sheil. We will meet weekly on Mondays from 5:30-7pm beginning on April 13 through May 11th (minus May 4th since we will be gathering for sabbaths that prior weekend). Click on April 13 to reserve your spot for this series, and answer the question to tell us what weeks you are joining! Questions, email Martina Ricca here or call 847.328.4648 x16.
