Delaney Paul

Director of Mission Impact and Donor Relations

Delaney holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from Texas Christian University. She began her career as a third-grade teacher at ICSJ in Old Town, where she taught for four years before transitioning into development. Most recently, she served as Director of Stewardship & Development at Saint Clement Parish, where she oversaw key initiatives including Sunday Giving, the Annual Fund, Anchor Ball, and the parish’s Capital Campaign. She is especially passionate about the ways faith and education intersect to shape lives and communities.

Outside of work, Delaney can often be found running along the lakefront while training for her next race, spending time with her large family (she’s one of seven siblings and a proud aunt to seven nieces and nephews), or enjoying quieter hobbies like reading, watercolor painting, and practicing yoga.
